WILL I GET TRAVELING-EXPENSES?

There is no legislation for travelling-expenses. Vrtu is therefore not obliged to reimburse your travel costs, but since we like to use our MEN OF STEEL you will receive a travel allowance to us for distances over 10 km. Some companies give their employees standard travelling-expenses. Other companies reimburse the cost of bustravel,, train and tram. If you travel by public transport, you must submit the original proof of travel. Without original proof of travel, we can not pay your travel-expenses.

HOW MUCH IS THE MINIMUM WAGE??

The minimum wage is determined twice a year. For the latest rates, please refer to the website of government.

HOW WILL MY SALARY BE SPECIFIED??

In the Collective Labour Agreement for temporary employees a reward scheme is included. To determine what your salary, first look at the function there where you sit. Your salary is determined on the basis of three job characteristics: the kind of work you do, the knowledge you have, experience and skills you need to make, and the degree of independence which you work. You will be rewarded in response to the Recipient's Remuneration *, than we will look to the remuneration of the collective agreement of the hirer**. *clients remuneration: according to the CAO at the company where you work will determine how you will be rewarded. They will take in; the salary, bonusses, reduction in working hours (ADV), surcharges, expense allowances and increments as they exist at the company you work for. ** Hirer: the company where you work through VRTU

I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT

At VRTU we always work hard to satisfy everyone, but something can always go wrong. We are, after all, just people, but we would find it annoying if we can not solve your problem. WHAT DO I need TO BRING ALONG WHEN I WANT TO REGISTER AT VRTU??

If you wish to subscribe, you need the following

  • A valid Identification (passport of ID-card, not a drivinglicense and if your nationality isn't dutch, also take your residence document)
  • Your resume (cv)
  • Certificates (VCA etc.)
  • Any diplomas or other certificates necessary for your desired job
  • If you live outside the Netherlands; The card of your health insurance and the letter of the tax with your social security number (previously SOFI number)

HOW DO I REGISTER?

You can register by contacting using this form or by email / phone. Then take one of our account as soon as possible contact with you regarding your enrollment. They will record your data and invite you for an appointment at our office to finalize your registration.

I'm ill, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Call to our office before 9 morning call with our employees and the client. If you pass the sick leave after this time, we can not process your sick report.

I HAVE RECOVERED FROM ILLNESS, TO WHOM SHOULD I PASS THIS ON??

Pass this on to our office, UWV and your client.

WHEN WILL MY SALARY BE PAID?

  • For Employees: If you Wednesday 12 hours have submitted your timesheet, you will be paid weekly on Thursday.
  • For self-employed (ZZP): If you invoice for Tuesday 12 o'clock, you will be on Friday uitbetaald.Met compliance with the agreed payment period.
